Welcome to RixelPro Creative. By purchasing our graphic design packages, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
RixelPro Creative offers the following graphic design packages:
Basic Package: Up to 5 designs per month.
Edge Package: Up to 10 designs per month.
Creative Package: Up to 20 designs per month.
Prime Package: Up to 30 designs per month.
Services included in these packages are limited to graphic design only. Content creation, copywriting, and other services are available as addons and must be specified and agreed upon separately.
Payment Due: All payments are due upfront upon agreement for non-recurring packages. For recurring packages, invoices will be issued monthly and must be paid within 7 days of receipt.
Payment Methods: We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, PayPal, and other agreed-upon methods.
Late Payments: A late fee of 2% per month will be charged on all overdue balances. Failure to pay within the stipulated time may result in suspension of services.
Final Sale: All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any package or service or recurring payment.
Cancellation: If the client cancels the service, all payments made up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable. The client is also responsible for payment for any work completed up to the cancellation date.
Client-Provided Content: Unless otherwise specified, clients are responsible for providing all text, images, and other content necessary for the designs.
Copywriting Addon: For clients who opt for the copywriting addon, RixelPro Creative will create content and captions based on the information provided by the client. All content will be subject to client approval before finalizing the designs.
Revision Rounds: Clients are entitled to two rounds of revisions per design. Additional revisions will be billed at a rate per revision.
Feedback Timeline: Feedback must be provided within 2 business days of receiving the initial designs. Delays in feedback may affect the project timeline.
Approval: Final approval from the client is required before the designs are considered complete. Once approved, no further changes will be made without additional charges.
Ownership: All designs created by RixelPro Creative remain the property of RixelPro Creative until full payment is received.
License: Upon full payment, the client will receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the designs for the agreed purposes. The client may not resell or redistribute the designs without prior written consent from RixelPro Creative.
Credit: RixelPro Creative reserves the right to include a small credit line on the designs (e.g., “Designed by RixelPro Creative”) unless otherwise agreed upon.
Content and Information: Clients must provide all necessary content, information, and feedback promptly. RixelPro Creative is not responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required materials.
Communication: Clients are expected to maintain regular communication with RixelPro Creative to ensure timely progress on the project.
Approval Authority: The client must designate a single point of contact with the authority to provide feedback and approve designs.
Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential. RixelPro Creative will not disclose any client information without prior consent.
Exceptions: This confidentiality obligation does not apply to information that is publicly known, becomes publicly known through no fault of the receiving party, or is required to be disclosed by law.
Indirect Damages: RixelPro Creative will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Liability Cap: Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.
Force Majeure: RixelPro Creative will not be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, or technical failures.
Termination by Client: The client may terminate the agreement with 7 days’ written notice. The client is responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Termination by RixelPro Creative: RixelPro Creative reserves the right to terminate the agreement at any time if the client breaches these terms and conditions or if the client fails to pay for services. In such cases, the client will be responsible for payment for all work completed up to the termination date.
Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nigeria.
Modification Rights: RixelPro Creative reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes via email.
Acceptance of Changes: If there are no complaints or disputes within 3 days of the notification, the client agrees to the new terms.
